Nezih TUNALI holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in Economics from Hacettepe University.

He started his career at Deloitte, where he was part of the core team that established the company’s operations in Turkey. During his tenure, he also contributed to international projects alongside his responsibilities in the Turkey office.

​

With over 40 years of experience, he has played a key role in major investment projects, privatizations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring initiatives, and international financing and securities issuance across multiple industries, industrial enterprises, holding structures, and family businesses.

​

He spent nearly 20 years in senior management roles within industrial enterprises and holding structures, while also working for another 20 years in investment banking and corporate finance.

​

As one of the founding members of Türk Eximbank, he contributed to developing and managing financing programs for exports, foreign exchange-earning services, and investment projects. Throughout his tenure at the bank, he held various executive positions, overseeing foreign relations, international funding operations, and borrowing transactions in global financial and capital markets.

​

His expertise in investment banking and corporate finance has led him to successfully manage numerous M&A transactions and privatization projects both in Turkey and internationally.

​

For the last two decades, he has served as a C-level executive and board member in some of Turkey’s leading industrial enterprises and holding structures, including both publicly traded companies and family businesses.

​

In 2008, he founded NT Finance Partners (formerly NT Kurumsal Finans), a corporate finance consultancy firm, where he spearheaded several high-impact projects. Between 2008 and 2011, he successfully led various financial restructuring and M&A transactions. However, due to his engagement in other strategic executive roles, he paused his consultancy activities.

In 2019, he restructured his consultancy under NT Finance Partners, expanding the firm with the addition of highly experienced professionals. Today, NT Finance Partners continues to provide tailored financial advisory services to businesses in various industries.
